 Fudgy Chocolate Brownie



The best fudgy brownie recipe. They are rich, moist, and fudgy in the middle.


Ingredients

  • 120g butter
  • 1tsp. coffee
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g flour
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a saucier, melt the butter and cook it until it starts to turn light brown. Remove from heat.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (356 degrees F).
  3. In a large saucepan, brings eggs, vanilla, and sugar, Whisk together with an electric mixer until pale and thick.
  4. Melt the chocolate and add it to the batter.
  5. Add the melted butter.
  6. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  7. Fold gently the ingredients. The batter will be thick. Stir in the chopped milk chocolate.
  8. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Don't overbake.
Cut it into squares and serve!
