Fudgy Chocolate Brownie
The best fudgy brownie recipe. They are rich, moist, and fudgy in the middle.
Ingredients
- 120g butter
- 1tsp. coffee
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 100g sugar
- 50g flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
Instructions
- In a saucier, melt the butter and cook it until it starts to turn light brown. Remove from heat.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (356 degrees F).
- In a large saucepan, brings eggs, vanilla, and sugar, Whisk together with an electric mixer until pale and thick.
- Melt the chocolate and add it to the batter.
- Add the melted butter.
- Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Fold gently the ingredients. The batter will be thick. Stir in the chopped milk chocolate.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Don't overbake.
Cut it into squares and serve!
