Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 120g butter (1\2 cup)
- 80g brown sugar (1\4 cup)
- 50g granulated sugar (1\4 cup)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 180g flour
- 1\2 tsp. baking soda
- 100g chocolate Chips
- 50g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Beat in the egg.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and dark chocolate chunks.
- Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- when the dough is ready, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
- Cool completely.
