Chocolate Chip Cookies




Ingredients


  • 120g butter (1\2 cup)
  • 80g brown sugar (1\4 cup)
  • 50g granulated sugar (1\4 cup)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 180g flour
  • 1\2 tsp. baking soda
  • 100g chocolate Chips
  • 50g dark chocolate


Instructions

  1. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Beat in the egg.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and dark chocolate chunks.
  5. Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  6. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  7. when the dough is ready, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
  9. Cool completely.
