Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- 240g condensed milk (3\4 cup)
- 100g cocoa powder (1 cup)
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a rectangular tray with plastic wrap.
- Pour the condensed milk into a pot, heat to warm it up, and make it runny.
- Gradually sift the cocoa powder 3-4 times, and add a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
- Once the mixture has thickened, place it into the prepared tray, and spread it evenly.
- Place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, place it on a cutting board dusted with cocoa powder.
- Sift cocoa powder on top of the truffle dough, then cut it into squares using a sharp knife.
- Round the edges of each square with your fingers.
Serve!
