Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles




Ingredients

  • 240g condensed milk (3\4 cup)
  • 100g cocoa powder (1 cup)
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a rectangular tray with plastic wrap.
  2. Pour the condensed milk into a pot, heat to warm it up, and make it runny.
  3. Gradually sift the cocoa powder 3-4 times, and add a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
  4. Once the mixture has thickened, place it into the prepared tray, and spread it evenly.
  5. Place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Once chilled, place it on a cutting board dusted with cocoa powder.
  7. Sift cocoa powder on top of the truffle dough, then cut it into squares using a sharp knife.
  8. Round the edges of each square with your fingers.

Serve!
