Easy Homemade Bread




Ingredients

  • 200ml warm water (3\4 cup +1 tbsp.)
  • 20ml olive oil (2 tbsp.)
  • 10g sugar (1 tbsp.)
  • 8g salt (1 tsp.)
  • 350g flour (2 cups+ 3 tbsp.)
  • 4g dry yeast (1 tsp.)

Instructions

  1. Add into a large bowl all the ingredients; mix thoroughly until fully combined.
  2. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until has a smooth surface and is elastic.
  3. Stretch the dough and fold it onto itself for tree time, Shape the dough into a loaf.
  4. Let the bread rise for 40 minutes.
  5. When the dough is ready, brush the surface with water.
  6. Dust the surface with flour and make a long cut with a sharp knife.
  7. Bake the bread for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
Serve!
