Easy Homemade Bread
Ingredients
- 200ml warm water (3\4 cup +1 tbsp.)
- 20ml olive oil (2 tbsp.)
- 10g sugar (1 tbsp.)
- 8g salt (1 tsp.)
- 350g flour (2 cups+ 3 tbsp.)
- 4g dry yeast (1 tsp.)
Instructions
- Add into a large bowl all the ingredients; mix thoroughly until fully combined.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until has a smooth surface and is elastic.
- Stretch the dough and fold it onto itself for tree time, Shape the dough into a loaf.
- Let the bread rise for 40 minutes.
- When the dough is ready, brush the surface with water.
- Dust the surface with flour and make a long cut with a sharp knife.
- Bake the bread for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
