No kneading bread! Fluffy and soft milk buns. Super easy to make for dinner.
Ingredients
- 250ml warm milk
- 7g yeast
- 40g sugar
- 1egg
- 20ml oil
- 350g flour
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl. Stir to mix until you get a mass dough; the dough is sticky to touch than regular dough.
- Place the dough into a dusted bowl with flour. Cover it with a plastic wrap. Allow to proof for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- When the dough is ready, dust flour on the working table, and punch the dough down to release the air. Divide into 12 equal pieces, and roll each piece into small balls.
- Place the rolls on a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
- Let the buns rise for 30 minutes or until they puff up and get doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (392 degrees F).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden.
Serve!
